Order the royal blue,lovely and bright crisp colour. Lovely and warm for my whippet. Strap is nice,it's padded unlike the microfiber coat which just has the strap. Five stars in for this coat

Great warm waterproof coat for my little whippet. He loves bringing warm and snuggly, not had any rain yet, but I'm sure it will be great. Blue is a nice bright colour so he is seen in the distance doing his zoomies.

Bought for my 14 week old whippet who is growing very fast! He’s already outgrown one and he was glad of this cosy number for his first trip to the beach!
It’s slightly big but still fits well and the sheepskin lining keeps him warm. I particularly like the ease of putting it on and off and the clip fastener. His previous coat was fastened with Velcro and he was not keen on the noise when removing. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

We love our StarBright Whippet coats! We ordered one for our very large male and he has loved it since the moment he got it! When we got our second whippet, our female loves the coat just as much as her big brother! Our dogs are five and four years old, so these jackets have withstood many a Chicago winter. The best part is that when they get home from rolling in mud and sprinting in the snow, we simply throw the coats in the washer and dryer, and we are ready for the next day's adventures! Excellent service!
A small greyhound coat purchased at a local pet shop for our very active lurcher Penny turned out to be unsatisfactory because it was not comfortable for her, she being more whippet-shaped but too big for whippet coats. Eventually she managed to lose it in a wood, the velcro front fastening being unequal to the demands placed upon it.
So we ordered a StarBright Whippet Extra-large coat. It fitted her at the front beautifully but was a bit too short in the back. Kellings couldn't have been more helpful and offered to make another coat with additional length in the back and on the flanks. We also asked for elastic loops to be added for her back legs to keep the coat straight when the dog is running.
It is perfect, very easy to put on and take off and fits her like a glove. She is very comfortable, runs happily in the coat and is very visible to traffic when walking on country roads at night.
In summary, we are delighted both with the coat and with the service provided - and Penny is warm and dry on cold, wet winter days. (13/01/2012)
