• UK: Yes you can - for more information please have a look at our full Refunds and Returns Policy. If you have ordered any of our custom, made-to-measure items then you will only be able to return these products if the measurements were not as specified, or there is a manufacturing defect. You will be made aware you are buying a custom coat at the time of purchase because you will have to agree to these terms before placing an order. 
• International: We only accept returns for a refund on any orders outside of the UK.

Postage to the UK for any amount of items is £2.99 or completely free for orders over £45 in total. Items are sent by Royal Mail 24 Tracked service. This is a next day service on 95% of parcels but is not guaranteed. The Royal Mail states "most items arrive within 12-48 hours". Order placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following day and will take at least 2 days to arrive. 

UK Next Day (if ordered before 3pm Mon-Fri)

Cut off: 3pm Monday to Friday (orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following work day)

NEXT DAY GUARANTEED: We are now offering a next day priority service for urgent items. We send the items by Royal Mail Special Delivery (guarenteed by 1pm the next day) if ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday. The price is £9.99 for orders under £45 and £6.99 for orders over £45. Please note, on rare occations we may not have your item in stock, in which case we will phone you to arrange an alternative solution. Although all our stock is UK based in our warehouse, sometimes misscounts can lead to stockouts. Some larger products cannot be sent using this method due to their size/weight. Options available for specific products/combinations will be shown at checkout. 

No — we do not dropship from China. All of our stock is held in our UK warehouse. Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day (or the next working day after this time).

With standard delivery, you can expect your order within 48 hours. We also offer a next-day delivery (before 1pm) option on most products for orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday.

As dropshipping becomes more common, we recommend checking where a company’s stock is held before ordering. Dropshipping can result in long delivery times and may make returns difficult or impossible.

Postage varies depending on which country we are sending items too. The price is calculated at check out.

Items are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked service. 

Most of our products are shipped from our UK warehouse the same day. At busy times this can be the next working day. 

TRACKED 24 service: Our packages are sent by Royal Mail 24 tracked services. In most cases your parcel will be with you the next day if ordered before 12 noon but please note this is not a guaranteed next day service. Royal Mail states that "most items arrive within 12-48 hours". Packages can not be deemed lost until 2weeks after dispatch (this is Royal Mail policy). You will be able to track your package a few hours after it has been collected from us. Email / SMS updates will be sent out to you also. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day (Monday to Friday).

IN A RUSH? We now offer a NEXT DAY priority service for UK addresses. For a small additional fee, you can select our next day shipping option at checkout. If your item is ordered before 3pm on a weekday, your parcel will be with you before 1pm the next day. For larger/heavier parcels this option may not be available. All shipping options that are available will be selectable at checkout. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day (Monday to Friday).

International: Packages can take 1-3 weeks after being sent out from us. You will be able to view tracking online a few hours after being dispatched by us.

All our mail is dispatched using the Royal mail- you will have received a tracking number when we dispatched you order. 

We cannot class a parcel as missing until it is 2 weeks over due as this is The Royal Mail policy.

We currently cannot send any products which include batteries outside of the UK. We are sorry for the inconvenience this causes.

Yes! We are UK based and all of our stock is held in our UK warehouse on Anglesey, North Wales, ready for immediate dispatch. Unlike other companies, we do not send out items our from China with long delays.

Each dog is different and different coats suit different dogs. We have tried to make our website easy to use and have separated the coats into categories. We offer lots of different styles of coats but the main difference is some are fleece lined , which are perfect for cold winter walks and the others are either mesh lined or unlined, which are ideal for warmer wet days.
