This is the second coat we've bought. First one was for our whippet puppy and latest for our pointer. Fortunately he has a really deep chest and slim waist so fits perfectly. The puppy is always rolling in the long grass so her coat keeps her warm and dry. The pointer is an old boy who feels the cold when he gets wet so a waterproof coat with a fleecy lining is just perfect for him.

Unfortunately my naughty whippet ate his first coat so I have had to order another identical one. It's definitely the best fitting whippet coat I've ever purchased. Lovely darkish red colour with grey fleece lining. The fleece lining is lightweight which actually is fine because if it is really cold, I just pop another fleece under it.

I bought this coat for my 9 year old rescue whippet, who's not madly keen on wearing a coat but he doesn't like the rain either. This coat is warm but not bulky, waterproof and the fleecy snood neck is perfect as he likes to grab the front of the coat in his mouth and rip it, rendering the coat useless. As well as keeping him warm, the snood neck makes the chewing impossible. It also happens to be the only coat that I've bought to fit him perfectly.

Just the jacket for Bailey (on the right in the photo). He feels the cold and this jacket has a fleece lining as well as a lovely soft cowl. The waterproof outer makes it the perfect coat to keep him warm and dry. Good quality, well made and delivered on the date promised when ordering.

We have 2 lurchers, one saluki /greyhound (wears L) and one bull terrier / greyhound (wears XL). they are really nicely made, the adjustable velcro strap is perfect for each of their body shapes. The snood is so snuggly it keeps them toasty in the bracing winter winds.

Bought this coat for my 3 month old whippet puppy Tucker. He is perfectly happy to wear it and runs about unencumbered. Seems to keep him warm and dry enough for our dismal Welsh weather.
If I was to be slightly critical, it would be better with a slightly larger collar hole - a 1.5" martingale collar D-ring only just fits - but it is just enough to be ok.
